In his interview with Bollywood Bubble, Sunil recalled a tour to Singapore where he was paid 20000 by the Morani brothers for a show held in a stadium. After the event, Shah Rukh Khan introduced all the artists, including Sunil, to the audience.Ganesh Hegde, who was also present there, invited Sunil to the green room to perform in front of Shah Rukh Khan, who arrived with a drink and cigarette. Sunil entertained him by mimicking Shah Rukh’s popular dialogues.
Sunil also remembered Aryan attending this tour with Shah Rukh as a young boy. When asked about staying in touch with them, Sunil mentioned that due to everyone’s busy lives, he isn’t in regular contact but believes their behavior would remain unchanged if they meet again.

“With Shah Rukh I also remember one of his staff member used to stay in my neighbouring slum. He used to visit him once in 4-6 months during special occasion. But he used to come quietly late night, sit for 10-15 minutes with them and leave,” he recalled.
Sunil then spoke about going on a tour with Aamir Khan during the success of Dil Chahta Hai and Lagaan. He mentioned how Aamir took an audition before the tour and focused on boosting his confidence. “He fortunately laughed in first punch and agreed to take me for tour. In that tour I remember dancing with Preity Zinta on song Piya Piya,” he added.
Sunil then praised SRK and Aamir’s humility despite massive starform. “These superstars respect artists and their craft. That’s the reason they don’t have an ego. In fact, they are so simple and humble to an extent that Aamir won’t even mind sitting on the floor and casually chatting during discussions,” he concluded.
