Despite these visible repairs, Priyanka and Nick have not disclosed their plans to reoccupy their luxurious abode.

This incident also sparked a legal dispute with the sellers of the house, who had sold it to the couple in 2019 for a staggering USD 20 million. In May 2023, a court case was filed regarding a water leak from the BBQ area on the deck, causing damage to part of the living room inside.
