Austrian actor Rohed Khan, renowned for his pivotal role in the Bollywood film ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,’ recently disclosed his decision to prioritize the Hindi movie over the opportunity to feature in ‘Squid Game 2.’In an interview with News 18, Rohed Khan revealed that despite having signed the contract for the highly anticipated sequel to the hit K-drama ‘Squid Game,’ he ultimately chose to commit to the Bollywood project due to scheduling conflicts and a sense of destiny.
Portraying the role of the head militant in ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,’ Rohed Khan’s performance added depth and intensity to the film, which was released earlier this month coinciding with Eid celebrations. However, despite high expectations, the big-budget production did not perform as anticipated at the box office.
Reflecting on his decision-making process, Rohed Khan shared insights into the dilemma he faced when presented with both opportunities simultaneously. “I signed the contract for Squid Games but I chose BMCM over it,” he disclosed in the interview. Acknowledging the influence of fate, Khan revealed how the clash of dates between the two projects ultimately influenced his choice. “My sister told me to go for Squid Games but it’s all destined. There was a date clash too else I would have done Squid Games too,” he explained.
The Tiger Shroff and Akshay Kumar starrer 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' despite promotions, failed to make any magnificent impact at the box office.
