The property, aged 20 years since its completion, was bought for a reported KRW 4.39 billion. Hyeri proceeded to seek reconstruction approval in March 2021, ultimately granted in May of the following year. The renovated four-story structure now has a total floor area of 499.8 square meters. Presently, the combined market value of the building and land is estimated at 7.5 billion won, showcasing a notable market price difference of 3 billion won.
