This video comes shortly after reports of Deepfake photos of Katy Perry and Rihanna at the Met Gala began doing the rounds online. The AI-generated images from fashion’s biggest night tricked some fans into thinking the stars made their appearances at the annual fundraiser.

Katy Perry also took to her handle to share the fake images and alert fans and even her mother that she didn’t attend the gala and that the images were a work of AI.
