Sajid Nadiadwalawho has been associated with movies like Jeet, Judwaa, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Housefull, 2 States and Kick among others, has added another feather to his cap. It seems that the astute producer-director has gotten into the construction business and currently has multiple projects in the city underway.

A source close to the development told ETimes that Sajid, who heads his banner Nadiadwala Grandson, has floated another company as Nadiadwala Grandson Infrastructure to house his construction business.Two prominent projects under the company are being developed, one of which is in Andheri, sharing the neighborhood with Yash Raj Studios, Balaji Telefilms and Inox Cinemas. The property in question will mostly be a commercial space. The second could be a residential project in the posh locality of Juhu.
Speaking about movies, he has Sikander with Salman KhanSanki with Ahan Shetty and Pooja HegdeHousefull 5 with Akshay KumarRitesh Deshmukh and Abhishek Bachchanand his untitled next with Kartik Aaryan and Vishal Bharadwaj while Chandu Champion with Kartik and Kabir Khan is all set to release on June 14. Nadiadwala has also bagged the rights for Rajinikanth's biopic. Between his construction business and movies, Sajid seems to be a busy man!
