Aamir Khan’s son Juniad Khan’s film with Sai Pallavi began Mumbai schedule post wrapping the shoot in Japan – Exclusive deets inside | Hindi Movie News

Aamir Khan’s son Junaid is all set to make his debut in the world of films with Aditya Chopra’s Maharaja which is based on 1862 Maharaja Libel Case. Junaid plays a journalist in the film. The film is going to directly release on OTT, and skip the theatrical release.
However, even before the release of his first film, Junaid has begun work on his second film.The film is titled ‘Ek Din’ and he is paired opposite south sensation Sai Pallavi. This film marks her debut in Hindi Cinema.
Last month the crew was shooting for the film in Japan and they had 12 to 14 hour long schedules. Aamir who is the producer of the film was also present at the location for a few days.
Now ETimes has exclusively learnt that after completing the Japan schedule the film has now gone on floor at Film City, Mumbai. The makers have blocked not one but three different stages for the film, where currently the shooting has begun on one of the sets. Our source revealed that Studio 2, Studio 5 and Studio 10 have been booked by Aamir Khan Productions for the film and currently sets are being constructed at Studio 5 and Studio 10 and once work is completed in Studio 5, the crew will move to the other studios.
About two weeks ago, Sai Pallavi was spotted at the Mumbai airport and speculations were rife that she is in the city to begin work on Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayan where she plays Sita and Ranbir plays Lord Ram. But it is now being suggested that she was here for her film with Junaid.
