Rajkummar Rao has found himself at the centre of swirling rumours after his latest public appearance ignited speculation that the actor possibly went under the knife.
Photos of the actor from last evening’s Diljit Dosanjh concert were put under the scanner, with fans trying to detect the difference in his appearance. Sharing ‘then and now’ photos of the actor from his debut film to his latest appearance on the red carpet, many pondered whether the acclaimed actor underwent cosmetic surgery to enhance his features.
Fans couldn’t help but notice a subtle alteration in his facial features with some alleging that he probably had a “chin implant“. Some took to their social media handles to share side-by-side comparisons of the actor’s past and present photos, highlighting what they perceived as a distinct change in his chin structure.

Another quipped that Rajkummar’s latest appearance resembled actor Rishabh Sawhney, who played the villain in Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone‘s ‘Fighter’.

Last month, when Rajkummar was presented with a Reddit comment questioning if he had undergone plastic surgery, the actor denied it and told Siddharth Kannan, “Nahi bhaiyya, koi plastic surgery nahi hue (No, there was no plastic surgery).”

When probed further about his reaction to the ongoing speculations, Rajkummar simply remarked, “Kuch nahi smile aati hai chehre pe. Nice, log baat kar rahe hai (Nothing, I just smile. People are talking).”

On the work front, Rajkummar’s highly anticipated film ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi,’ now has new release date. Originally slated for an April release, the sports drama is now set to hit cinemas on May 31, 2024, as confirmed by producer Karan Johar.

Directed by Sharan Sharma, known for his directorial debut ‘Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl,’ ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’ marks the second collaboration between Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar after their successful stint in ‘Roohi.’
The film promises to be a captivating sports drama, offering audiences a compelling narrative coupled with stellar performances from the lead actors.
Additionally, Rao has an exciting lineup of projects, including the highly anticipated ‘Stree 2’ opposite Shraddha Kapoor and the family drama ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Wo Wala Video’ opposite Triptii Dimri.
