Park Bo Ram’s loved ones bid farewell at her funeral service

The Seoul Asan Hospital Funeral Hall in Pungnap-dong saw friends, family, and colleagues gathered to bid their final farewells to the late Park Bo Ram on the morning of April 17. Among those paying their respects were prominent figures from the entertainment industry, including Huh Gak, Heo Young Ji, and Roy Kim.
The passing of Park Bo Ram at the age of 30 on April 11 sent shockwaves through the music world, leaving fans and loved ones grappling with grief and disbelief.In an effort to provide clarity amidst the swirling uncertainty, Xanadu Entertainment conducted an autopsy on April 15 to ascertain the cause of Park Bo Ram’s passing.
As authorities continue their investigation into the circumstances surrounding her untimely death, speculation has loomed, prompting her agency, Xanadu Entertainment, to issue a statement urging against the spread of unfounded rumors.
The agency stated, “To clearly determine the cause of death of our artist, the late Park Boram, an autopsy was carried out this morning. It has been confirmed that there are no signs of homicide or suicide, and the detailed autopsy results will be conveyed to the family later”, as quoted by AllKpop. “We earnestly request that people refrain from spreading rumors and speculative reports so that the grieving family can properly send off their loved one”, the agency further appealed.
Park Bo Ram’s journey in the spotlight began with her presence on the Mnet audition program ‘SuperStar K2’ in 2010, where her exceptional singing talent garnered widespread recognition. Her solo debut in 2014 with the track ‘Beautiful’ marked the onset of a promising career, with subsequent releases such as ‘Celepretty’, ‘Sorry’, ‘Pretty Bae’, and ‘Dynamic Love’.
