Following in his sister Sara Ali Khan’s footsteps, Ibrahim Ali Khanson of actors Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, is set to make his Bollywood debut with the film ‘Sarzameen‘, which was completed last year. Rumours suggest his second movie may feature Janhvi Kapoorwith actor Mahima Makwana also playing a significant role.
However, a source informs ETimes exclusively that the news about Janhvi collaborating with Ibrahim Ali Khan and Mahima Makwana is completely untrue and false.
Earlier, a report in HT said that Ibrahim, Janhvi, and Mahima had signed up for a rom-com film together. The scripting and casting of the film are done; it will move on to other parts of the pre-production stage soon, and then shooting will start next year.
Additionally, it’s expected that the film will be directed by Shashank Khaitan. Reportedly, everything is at a very raw stage, but one thing is for sure: it will be a love triangle involving these three actors. The plot will be similar to ‘Main Tera Hero,’ with Ileana, Nargis, and Varun in equal roles, featuring a blend of romance and comedy. Additionally, Ibrahim’s character will have a lisp.
The movie, co-produced by Maddock Films and Dharma Productions, is slated for a theatrical release.
