Actor Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor, who made his debut in Bollywood with Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s ‘Mirzya’ in 2016, became the target of trolls. However, the actor clapped back at a troll who disparaged his acting abilities and asserted that he just purchases sneakers with his actor-father Anil Kapoor’s money. After showcasing his filmography, Harsh inquired about the number of films the troll had worked on.
Harsh took to X and shared a post criticising the football team Manchester City and comparing it to a “ponzi scheme”. A troll commented, “Do a decent film, how long would you buy sneakers off your father’s money.”
Other users came out in Harsh’s defense on X. One wrote, “tbf he did do bhavesh joshi, which was actually brilliant.” The troll replied, “That was Motwane effect not like this c** did some brilliant acting or something. He isn’t even bang average actor let’s be real.”
Harsh addressed the troll and wrote on X, “Where can I watch your films ? How many have you done ? I’ve done Ray thar bhavesh joshi and Ak vs ak , mirzya .. who are you ? An irrelevant loser who’s bitter on twitter who started supporting city once they got Rich with Arab money.”
Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor, who does not share the best relationship with social media, has previously interacted with haters on the internet. When superstar football player David Beckham paid him a visit last year and Harrsh posted a photo with him, a troll remarked, “Usne ye nahi poochha ki tu hai kaun? (Didn’t he ask you who you are)?” Harsh replied, “Bhai woh mere ghar pe aaya.. Tu kaun hai? (Bro, he came to my house. But, who are you)?”
Harsh, who entered the entertainment industry with Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s film ‘Mirzya’ in 2016, is the son of Anil Kapoor and the younger brother of actor Sonam Kapoor and producer Rhea Kapoor. He was last seen in the film ‘Thar’ in 2022.
